# 4 - Fighting!

## Start a game!

#### **By searching opponent panel**

In the previous page I have introduced that we can open the searching opponent panel by the quick sign.To be sure,you can also open it by entering **/dt st**

After opening the panel,you should click the middle button to start searching.If there is someone searching at the same time.You will start a game with him(her)

**By inviting others directly**

If you want to have a duel with your friend directly,you can enter **/dt send \<Player name>** to send duel request to he(she).

## Fighting

The players teleported the arena should bring self weapon.Players will fight after a 5-second count down,during which they are not allowed to take damage with each other.

During the game,player who isn't op is not allowed to enter any commands except **/dt quit** which let you quit the game.

Dantiao plugin has a protection machinism which is able to protect players from being hit by the others and disturbed(such as fishing hook,snowball,monsters and so on but except cactus block and lava block).

## Finish

**Death:** If killed by the other one or some dangerous blocks.The alive one will get win.

**Timeout:** When the game is over 300s,two players will reach a draw.

**Quit by command:** If entering **/dt q** to quit the game.The other one will get win.

**Other reasons:** If quiting the server directly.The other one will get win.

Players will respawn automatically and then be teleported to their previous location.If you have set a duel lobby for server,they will be teleported to the lobby.

The one got win will attain dan EXP,points and a beautiful firework;The one got lose will lose some EXP.And the reward scheme is depend on the type of game(Inviting,Searching,Compulsory)

At the meantime the data of this game,including the damage,time consumed,date and so on,will be recorded into two players' record panel,which can be opened by entering **/dt records**
